• All installment payment plans are subject to eligibility checks and card verification.
• Before payment commences, your card will be tested for validity through an initial debit process to confirm account activity.
• Cards close to expiration will not be accepted for installment plans, as valid cards are required throughout the payment duration.
• Product delivery under the installment plan takes place at the midpoint of the payment schedule and not at the point of 50% completion or initiation of payments.
• Late payments will attract penalties: 5% of the outstanding balance on weekly plans and 10% on monthly plans.
• Processing fees apply to installment plans and are non-refundable, even if the plan is canceled or payment is defaulted.
• Regular card testing will occur during the installment period to ensure ongoing validity and payment capability.
• Failure to comply with installment terms may lead to cancellation of the order, forfeiture of previous payments, and potential legal recovery actions.

Thrusthub Shop One Limited, in partnership with Thrusthub logistics providers, will ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.

• Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Customers are required to personally receive their orders. Deliveries to third parties or proxies are not permitted to avoid disputes.
• Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details or unavailability of the customer may result in additional delivery fees.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery information.

Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness in processing return requests. Thrusthub Shop One Limited prioritizes product replacement over monetary refunds whenever possible.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incomplete, or significantly different from what was ordered, you must notify our customer support team within seven days of delivery to initiate a return request.

Return Conditions:
